The First Paraguayan 

In the spring of 2001, a collection of wild cruziana seeds was made in Paraguay, by and through the efforts of Dr. Elsa Zardini and Joe Summers of the Missouri Botanical Garden. The photos on this page are of the first plant grown from those seeds brought to flower.
