| Dave Brigante is living proof that passion for Victoria can supersede the less than ideal growing conditions of America's Pacific Northwest. In the greenhouses of Hughes Water Gardens in Tualatin, Oregon, Dave successfully nurtures not only Victoria hybrids but both species as well. This extravagant display delights visitors, mostly but not all human, through many months of the year. | ||||
