Seemiwon Watergardens
South Korea

Semiwon Watergardens are south of Seoul on the bank of Korea's largest river 'Namhan'. The garden features waterlilies and lotuses and, with Government funding, is expanding the ponds and intend to dedicate a large one to Victoria. It is substantially subsidised by the Government and makes up the non-profit balance by selling some edible lotus root, garden ornaments and surplus plants.
